Construction Defect Claims

We have adjusters that are experienced in handling large losses, including construction defect claims. We have a number of very good and experienced adjusters that have particular expertise in roofing issues and water intrusion claims.

We provide assistance in reviewing estimates in order to determine reasonableness in both scope and pricing, as well as determining what may be considered the insured’s work, product or damage to other’s work. We can do this either as a desk review of the estimate or by conducting a site investigation, if appropriate. We can also provide written estimates based upon our inspection of the loss location.
