Over the years, we have assembled an excellent team of adjusters and support personnel who are experienced in a wide range of claims issues. Our adjusters are licensed in multiple states with commercial, residential and catastrophe claims experience.

Our home offices are based in Charlotte, NC. We maintain claims operations throughout the U.S. with special emphasis on North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, Texas, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Washington.

We produce all files electronically and generally transmit them to the carrier via email or through our proprietary claims handling system. We provide our clients full time access to our claims handling system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Through this system, our clients can review coverage, daily activity, reports, photos, and other claim specific documents.
